What do I need to get started?
A repository of any past questionnaires your team has completed. We can also use your existing policies to establish your Knowledge Base, or build it up over time as you complete questionnaires.
An established point of contact(s) on your team specializing in security or your team's process for security questionnaire completion is also helpful, but not required!
What’s the time commitment on our end?
We expect you to be spending around 1 hour per questionnaire or RFP depending on the length of the file. Please review our best practices if you are spending 1+ hour completing your questionnaires.
Is HyperComply SOC II certified?
Yes, our SOC II certification has been completed. Please contact our CEO at email@example.com to sign an NDA and receive a copy of our SOC II report.
Who is our point of contact once we sign up?
Once you are onboarded and ready to complete questionnaires, you will be assigned a Customer Success Manager. This person is your point of contact for any questions, concerns, feature requests, or feedback moving forward. You can contact your CSM by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at any time. (Please do! We are always eager to hear your feedback and help troubleshoot.)
What are your business hours?
HyperComply will provide Technical Support and return completed questionnaires to customers via email, Monday - Friday, during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time, excluding Federal Holidays. We may be available to provide support outside of our regular support hours. Please always indicate in the subject line if your request is urgent.
